Balancing Act

Do you have difficulty managing your time? Are you feeling overworked and out of balance? Do you want to reassess your priorities? The Balancing Act is a 1-month intensive program to help you unpack your mental load, envision your ideal schedule, and create an action plan to achieve greater work/life balance.

How is coaching different from other services?

Coaching is focused on envisioning the future and building a path from the present, rather than focusing on the past, like in therapy. A coach also does not bring their opinions, advice, or experience to the conversation, like in mentorship.

How long should I engage with a coach?

Depending on the goal and the needs of the client, the coaching relationship can last anywhere from a few sessions to a few months or more. Most clients begin with a commitment to 3 months of bi-monthly session, and we check in on progress regularly.

Are there any guarantees?

As with all things, what you get out of coaching depends on what you put in. If you show up regularly with a willingness to engage with the process and an openness to change, you will benefit from coaching. The results and outcomes are up to you.
